Having worked in hospitality when I was a student, I found that I really enjoyed looking after people and giving great customer service.

I spend most of my time at Vertex on the phone to clients, writing emails, playing with the website, crafting new pieces for our social media and making sure the developers don't get too bogged down in the coding!
